- All returns must be made within 7 days of the item's receipt.

All LethemEnvy.com merchandise is guaranteed to completely satisfy you or your money back.
This is a full 100% Money Back Guarantee for the purchase price of the items. Return Shipping fees are not applicable and any duties/taxes or customs fees are non-refundable.
Remember this is never a re-stocking fee.
We want you to be 100% Satisfied or your money back.
Due to health regulations we are unable to accept the return of any used items that peirce the skin, such as earings, tongue rings belly button rings and ect. for sanitary purposes.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
Please send an email to returns@lethemenvy.com the same day of receipt for authorization on a return.
We will accept only authorized returns that are unused and in the original packaging. A valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained before returning your merchandise!
- Customer Service will issue a Return Authorization Number.
- Refunds will only be issued after a Return Authorization Number has been obtained.
- Please print the RMA# on the outside of all returning parcels. Packages without a clearly marked, valid Return Authorization Number will be refused.
- Please DO NOT remove the item from its original packaging when returning.
Packages that are refused by the customer or undeliverable and returned to LethemEnvy.com will automatically be assessed a 25% restocking fee once package is received.
Packages returned outside the time limit may not be accepted or may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
Gift items may be returned by the sender and the same conditions as above apply. Gifts purchased on the LethemEnvy.com site can also be returned by the receiver with slightly different conditions. The receiver must contact Lethem Envy customer service for authorization since they may not be aware of the purchase date and must verify that the item was purchased from our Online Store by providing the purchaser's name. A minimum 10% restocking fee always applies and only store credit is available. We do however allow 14 days rather than 7 for the notification.
